OUR STORY

It all started with a girl, a boy, and a farmhouse wedding. We'd like to say inspiration just hit us, but it took our lovely niece, Jacqueline, falling in love to get our business going. She and her fiance (now husband!) Nathan found the most amazing barn to tie the knot, but needed help to create their "vision." 



First on the list was rustic tables. They needed to look like they belonged in a farmhouse and most importantly, be portable since we had to haul them from our house to the venue! So, Grandpa Ron drew up a design and began building. From the moment the first one was built, we marveled at the simplicity and beauty. The next thought was "Hey, I bet we can sell these!" One Craigslist ad and several tables later, our home business was born!

 

It didn't stop there. The next big project was an outdoor rustic chapel, which needed tons of old wood. Thankfully, a lot of people happened to be tearing down their old fences, which we happily hauled away for them. We had so much excess that we used the old boards to create reclaimed wood crates to add to our products.



From there, we just keep going. Like the jam jar covers, chalkboards, and signage. We're a family that loves to create and loves even more to see how happy our customers are with our products. The best part is when we receive photos of the many different ways people have stained their tables or how they use our products.
